2024 Nexon CNG Vs Brezza CNG – Price Comparison

The Tata Nexon CNG is offered in 8 variants with prices ranging from Rs. 8.99 lakh to Rs. 14.59 lakh. In comparison, the Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG is offered in 3 variants – LXi, VXi and ZXi – with prices ranging from Rs. 9.29 lakh to Rs. 12.10 lakh. While the base Nexon CNG variant is Rs. 30,000 more affordable than the base Brezza CNG, the top Nexon CNG variant costs a whopping Rs. 2.5 lakh more than the Brezza CNG ZXI variant.

While the top variant of the Nexon CNG – the Fearless Plus – costs Rs. 2.49 lakh more than the top Brezza CNG ZXi variant, it offers more features, including a panoramic sunroof. Read on to find the feature differences between the Nexon CNG and Brezza CNG.

Tata Nexon CNG Vs Maruti Brezza CNG – Feature Differences

In terms of features, the Nexon CNG offers a panoramic sunroof in the top variant. Other features include dual 10.25-inch screens for the infotainment system and digital instrument cluster, 360-degree surround view camera, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charger, ventilated front seats, 8 speakers, auto headlamps and rain-sensing wipers, leatherette seat upholstery, and LED headlights with sequential LED DRLs with welcome and good bye function. In terms of safety, the Nexon CNG offers 6 airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), front parking sensors, and auto-dimming IRVMs.

In comparison, the Brezza CNG offers a single-pane sunroof, LED headlamps with DRLs, a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a semi-digital instrument cluster, 6 speakers, ESP, hill-hold assist, a rear parking camera with sensors, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It misses out on a panoramic sunroof, wireless charger, and front ventilated seats, among other features.

Nexon CNG VS Brezza CNG – Powertrain Specs Compared

As we mentioned before, the Tata Nexon CNG is the only B2 SUV to offer a turbocharged bi-fuel engine. Hence, it produces more power and torque than the larger naturally aspirated bi-fuel engine in the Brezza CNG. It also gets a 6-speed manual transmission compared to the 5-speed manual transmission in the Brezza CNG. Hence, it should offer better drivability on the highway.

Nexon CNG Vs Brezza CNG – Dimensions Comparison

The Nexon CNG and Brezza CNG have an identical length. However, the Nexon CNG is 14mm wider, 65mm shorter and offers 8mm more ground clearance than the Brezza CNG. The Maruti SUV offers a slightly larger wheelbase. 

Maruti Suzuki have not revealed the boot space of the Brezza CNG. The Tata Nexon CNG gets a twin CNG cylinder setup that hides underneath the boot floor. In comparison, the Brezza CNG gets a single large CNG tank that resides in the boot. Thus, the Nexon CNG offers more usable boot space than the Maruti SUV.
